Self-Care Classes

Taking care of yourself can be something you forget to do. These classes will help you find small ways to relax and find a way to take better care of yourself, one step at a time. The yoga/stretching class is for all levels, beginning to advance and be led by yoga instructor, Erin Gerrond on June 22, 2019 at 10 a.m. in the Library meeting room. Adults only.
