The Kansas Reads to Preschoolers 2013 book selection is Dog’s Colorful Day by Emma Dodd. Visit the Kansas Reads to Preschoolers 2013 website! Kansas Reads to Preschoolers is an annual event that promotes reading to all Kansas children from birth through age five.
